Simple — book a free 30-minute consultation with us. We'll talk about your goals, your schedule, and which program is the best fit. No commitment required.

Yes! Our online coaching program is available to clients anywhere. You'll get the same personalized programming and coach support — all delivered remotely.

Most clients begin to notice changes in energy, strength, and confidence within the first 1–3 weeks. Sustainable, lasting results come from consistent effort, and we'll be with you every step of the way.

Nutrition coaching is fully included in our 6-Week Challenge. We don't believe in extreme diets — we'll help you build practical, sustainable habits that actually work.

Sessions — 24-Hour Notice Required

All session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Late cancellations result in the session being forfeited with no credit or refund.

No-Shows

Missing a session without notice results in the full session being lost plus a $25 no-show fee.

Membership Cancellation

Written notice required 30 days before your desired cancellation date. Email info@strengthfactorygym.com. An in-person exit interview is also required to finalize cancellation.
