We establish your baseline so you can see exactly how far you've come at the end.
You're added to the private challenge group and given access to the app for scheduling and communication.
Your coach sends a personal welcome with your full program overview, nutrition guidelines, and attendance expectations.
You book your first 3 sessions and are given your check-in schedule. You're locked and loaded for Day 1.
Establish your training rhythm, learn proper movement patterns, and set your nutrition baseline. The first two weeks are about building the habit of showing up — consistency is the foundation everything else is built on.
Training intensity increases, nutrition is dialed in, and Week 4 brings your first midpoint check-in — progress photos, measurements, and a conversation with your coach to fine-tune the plan for the second half.
